 6:00 am Noon Registration for the 4th Annual Moosestomper Ice Fishing Derby at Rairdon's Bait Shop Cross Country Skiing - All Day_
Littleton Cross Country course will be open and groomed. Spread the word! Weather permitting.


6:00 am — 10:00 am Meduxnekeag Ramblers Special Breakfast With all of the activity and calories you're going
to burn being outside snow sledding, cross country skiing and playing in the Moosestomper games; you're going to need a good founda¬tion of food in your belly! Wander on up to Meduxnekeag Ramblers Snowsled Club on the Wiley Road in Littleton by sled, car or even hitchhike if you have to.. $6.00 for adults and $2.00 for children under 12. The cooks are the best and friendliest!! Buy a ticket to enter the 50/50 drawing. Proceeds all help to maintain trails. Menu includes: Baked ham, baked beans, homemade donuts and muffins, special pastries, bacon, eggs and all the fixings.

9:00 am — 3:00 pm Moosestompers Poker Run by the Meduxnekeag Ramblers
Poker run registration is from 6 am - 10 am during the breakfast at the Meduxnekeag Ramblers Clubhouse. Maps will be available. Poker Run course will be announced at the breakfast where you pick up your first card. Don't miss out on an excellent ride weather permitting. The trails are groomed perfectly and the atmosphere is filled with fun. $7.00 per hand or two hands for $10. Riding in the Moosestomper Parade Friday night, gets you an extra card. Poker Run is open to anyone on a sled or vehicle! Ample parking for ve¬hicles and trailers. ENJOY - PLEASE FOLLOW THE SIGNS AND BE SAFE!!! Proceeds will be used to help maintain trails. No worries, if you don't have a sled you can pick up your full hand at the breakfast.


9:00 am The Giant Hill Opens for Sliding!! !
Throughout the weekend, enjoy Derby Hill sliding! Bring your flying saucer, toboggan, and your cardboard box and have fun with your friends and neighbors sliding.


9:30 am Bantam Hockey Game — Millar Civic Center 10:00 am Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum
Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum in Littleton wants to show you the best of their Farmer's Museum.
10:45 am Walk 11:00 am Run Wild Katandin Trust Snow Run.  First Race in the Aroostook Musterds County Challenge Series. Registration from 9:30 am -10:35 am in the Millar Civic Center's large function room (upstairs overlooking skating rink). Fee is $9.00 ($11 Canadian) with a T-shirt to the first 50 registered participants. The  walk begins at 10:45 am and —the run at 11:00 am. The course starts and finishes at the Millar Civic Center's front entrance. An adult guardian must accompany children under 10 years of age. Changing rooms available adjacent to skating rink. Categories; 5K Run: 14 and under, 5-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. All proceeds benefit Aroostook Mustards Scholarship Fund. Refreshments available after the walk/run. The awards ceremony will be held at 11:45 am which will include the first five finishers in the walking category and 1-2 in each age category (male and female) in running. Miss breakfast? The Houlton Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary has you covered! Visit the log cabin at the park for a warm up and a snack or two, food available inside the Millar Civic Center also. Concessions are open with your favorite vittles!


11:00 am — 2:00 pm — Turkey Stew Luncheon — sponsored by the Houlton Humane Society — Exhibit Hall at Community Park
Warm up from the cold with a bowl of delicious turkey stew and a roll or chili and a roll. Also being served will be beans, hotdogs and potato salad. Chili, beans and potato salad will be available for sale in containers to take home. Eat in or take it to go. All proceeds to benefit the Houlton Humane Society.


11:00 am — 2:00 pm — "Death by Chocolate" sponsored by the First Congregational Church — Exhibit Hall at Community Park
Members will make and sell their favorite chocolate recipes including snacks, desserts or even a main meal. Yummy!!! Free coffee and hot chocolate will be available at this event. Remember "Death by Chocolate" sponsored by the First Congregational Church Women's Group.

The North Country Cruisers are sponsoring a sawdust prize search. Everyone is a winner!!! Prizes donated by McDonald's Restaurant, Burger King and Movie Gallery.


12:00 pm Half dollar Scramble for Kids- EVEN BIGGER AND BETTER- Houlton Community Park
Age: groups 6 and under, 7 to 9, 10 to 13! Here is where the kids make all the money! We have three piles of snow mixed with a gener¬ous helping of over $400,00 worth of half dollars, the kids will go into a feeding frenzy digging, searching and trying to find the cash! Everybody goes away with a fistful of half dollars! Special thanks to, Bangor Savings, TD Banknorth, Machias Savings Bank, houlton Savings Bank of Maine, Houlton Federal Credit Union, and Key Bank.
"Awards " Awards will be given to all winners following each park event. Congratulations to all.

1:00 pm — 4:00 pm The Maine Winter Sports Center Cross Country Ski ClinicLinneus Sno-sports Club House.  MWSC will be coming with their Healthy Hometown Ski Trailer, which has over 50 pairs of skis/boots/poles, as well as a Healthy Hometown Ski Coach who will be available for basic skiing instruction. This is a great opportunity to try Cross Country skiing and receive professional instruction for FREE!


2:00 pm Bonfire!Houlton Community Park.  You missed out on the first bonfire, here's another chance to get warmed up with some hot chocolate and food provided by the Houlton Fire Department Ladies Aux.


3:15 pm Bantam Hockey Game - Millar Civic Center

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm Rollerskating at the RollerRama The RollerRama will be open for roller skating. Half off admission!! Bring a friend and enjoy! !


4:30 pm - 6:30 pm Baked Bean Supper - Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum.  Come to Littleton and see all they have to offer. Proceeds to benefit the museum. Menu includes: Baked beans, hot dogs, ham, salads, all the fixings and your favorite dessert $8.00 per person. Don't forget to pick up a 50/50 ticket_ There will be a Valentines Dessert and Goodie Auction during and after the supper, hosted by the Littleton Women's Auxiliary. All proceeds of the auction to benefit the Littleton Fire Department.


6:30 pm - 8:30 pm Free Public Skating - Millar Civic Center Enjoy the fellowship, laughter, great skating, and good food to keep your strength up.


7:00 pm - Aroostook Idol- Houlton High School  Again this year the United Way of Aroostook is conducting an extensive County-wide search to find the top vocalist in Northern Maine and at the same time raise funds for those less fortunate. Aroostook Idol, a search for the County's next singing superstar, will get un¬derway at 7 p.m. Saturday, February 2nd at the Houlton High School auditorium. Interested individuals, age 13 and up, in the Southern Aroostook region who would like to participate in what will be the definitive vocal talent search for northernmost Maine should contact the United or call 207-764-5197 or pick up an application at Houlton High School's music department. Winners of this local contest will go on to represent the Southern Aroostook area in a finale that will take place March 2, 2008. Admission to the production will be $8.00 and tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at Key Bank in Market Square. All proceeds raised will go directly to the United Way of Aroostook's annual campaign.

8:00 pm Moosestomper's Ball at the Lounge Down under or Country Western Dance with Ted & The Boys at the Meduxnekeag Ramblers Snowmobile Club. Enjoy shaking off all of those calories from all of the eating you've done today plus loosen-up those cold muscles twisting, shouting, moving and grooving!! loin us at the Lounge Down Under OR Go dancing the night away at the Country & Western Dance with Ted and The Boys at the Meduxnekeag Ramblers Snowmobile Club in Littleton. Doors open at 8pm with music starting at 8:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m, No one under 21 will be admitted. Tickets are $10 per person and are limited. Get your tickets early!! There will be a 50/50 drawing.
